Dear Residents,

I wanted to update you following concerns raised at the community meeting on 23rd September and reports received on 20th September regarding anti-social behaviour in the Fulham area. These included large groups of young people setting off fireworks and causing risk to public safety.

To address this, I have authorised a Section 35 Dispersal Order under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. This will run from 14:00 on Friday 26th September until 14:00 on Sunday 28th September and covers all areas within the boundaries of Lillie Road, Rylston Road, Dawes Road, Fulham Road, and West Brompton rail line bordering West Brompton Cemetery. I attach a map for your reference. 

This authorisation gives my officers the power to direct individuals engaging in anti-social behaviour to leave the area and not return during this period. The decision meets the legal criteria and is designed to prevent further anti-social behaviour and keep our community safe.

You will see an increased policing presence in the area throughout the weekend, both to reassure the community and to deal swiftly with any issues.

I encourage you to continue to report any concerns or incidents to us via 101 (or 999 in an emergency) so police can respond accordingly. Your information helps us take action and keep Fulham safe for everyone.
